FAQs about Rested for Agencies

Do my doulas have to pay anything?

No. The professionals you add to your team can use the app for free with any family you assign to them.

Can they use it with their own private clients?

To use the app with their own, independent clients (i.e. ones you haven't assigned to them), your doulas will need their own separate Rested subscription. But good news - everyone on your team will receive a 50% off discount, and can subscribe to Rested for only $15/mo if they want their own account.

How do I connect my team to the app?

It's easy! From the agency dashboard, you'll add their email address, and they'll automatically get an email inviting them to join your team in the app.

Is the app free for clients? Do they have to use it?

Yes! The Rested app is free for all your clients. They don't need to use it, but you can always invite them to communicate with their professionals, and log sleep / feedings / diapers.

What technical support is included when I sign up?

We will work hand-in-hand to get you set up on the platform. Our development team is available during business hours to help you or your clients if you encounter any issues.
